Low-carb doesn't mean NO carb.
Even if you are on low-carb you need to allow your body to come out of the keto state on occasion anyway.
Staying in a keto state for months on end is not healthy!

I haven't watched any NFL game in the last 2 seasons, so I couldn't say.

My wife makes something called frog eye salad which is a sweet pasta salad though it's more like a pudding. It's  really good.
