Tool-X Coolant

Has anyone heard of or used the coolant from Tool-X? They make some pretty big claims about doubling and tripling tool life with their coolant. Seems a little outlandish, but the rep is claiming he has done tests to verify the manufacturer claims and saw those kind of results.
