The ONLY reason I asked in the manner I did because we have a history of attributing "COVID" to secondary and tertiary issues. More than anecdotal evidence of deaths by other causes being attributed to COVID. So if a cardiac patient is getting care for a normal (for them) issue and they happen to not be valued, well, now they are the bad guy.

I'm not saying this is the case in Cleveland. I'm not even intimating it. Just asking the question because it IS a reasonable question.

my fully vaccinated daughter and her husband got the Covid this week. They probably won't end up in the hospital over it, but they probably wouldn't have anyway since they are both 30 years old and otherwise healthy.  so the Vax did nothing for them except make their arm hurt.

That may be the case in Cleveland, but not everywhere.

This from a CTV News story in Ontario:

About 18 per cent of the Ontario population is unvaccinated and they made up 25 per cent of all cases, while 68 per cent of Friday's cases involved vaccinated people and they make up 77 per cent of the province's population.

So yeah, we can cherry-pick facts all day.  

The point I am making is that the media is actively pushing the government narrative, AND, they are actively trying to portray the unvaccinated as horrible, selfish people.
I said it before and I will say it again.
This issue is being DELIBERATELY used to further divide the American public by creating an entire group of second-class citizens.

THAT is a much bigger issue than silly arguments about some places having better numbers than others.

The governments are pushing it, the media is propagating it, and many otherwise intelligent people are foolishly buying it WITHOUT QUESTION.
