My wife had Covid back near the beginning of this whole thing. She's had the Pfizer vaccine and she's had the booster.
So she has
1. Natural immunity
2. Vaccine
3. Booster

She just got back from Alaska visiting our daughter. She got tested immediately.
She tested positive.

I've seen plenty of tests done on so many different things that come back positive.
People will take multiple tests and get varying results every time.
I've heard the test will give you positive results even if it's the common flu.
I'm tired of all this BS.

She's not sick except a runny nose.
She is showing more symptoms She is congested with a productive cough.
She's tired but it's a long flight from Anchorage to Cleveland.

I had all the symptoms over Christmas but my tests all were negative. They said I had pneumonia. It came on out of nowhere.
I tested when I first got sick and about a week later. It took about 3 weeks to feel close to normal.

Must be all the weed I smoked during my misspent youth giving me the negative test results.

My son has MS, so from the beginning we were worried more about him than anyone because of that.
His neurologist recommended he NOT get the vaccine because the particular medication he takes for his MS symptoms was showing a tendency to not react well with the vaccines.

He was not feeling well last week, and sure enough he and his wife both tested positive with a home test kit.
He said the first couple of days were like having the flu, then he slowly started to feel better.
I talked to him yesterday and he said he is still very tired, but the symptoms are mostly gone.

We are almost relieved that he probably got the omicron variant, which seems to be spreading faster, but is generally less severe.

Hopefully after this wave passes, it will be more like getting the flu, and far less dangerous for most people.
