I get that.  That's how conservatives feel in every aspect of legacy media, social media, and big tech. I would prefer the free exchange of ideas.

The thing is that there is no exchange of ideas. We have become Tribal and tribes never agree or get along and never will. It's what we are now.

If I remember right, Rogan endorsed Bernie Sanders in the election, but it's mostly conservatives going to bat for him on his podcast, something to be grasped.

I wonder if anyone who is going after Rogan has actually listened to the interviews and/or Rogans opinions, or are they just trying to snub him because he is willing to have conversations with people who they don't like. 
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

It seems that the general opinion on reddit is that people are getting their medical advice from Joe Rogan himself. That's about like Kyle shooting three black guys at the protest in Kenosha. Yup, they really know what they're talking about.  :rolleyes:

It wouldn't surprise me if people who have certain beliefs reaffirm them by listening to people Rogan is talking to. Those people aren't going to change their mind anyway.

If people are taking medial advise from a podcaster who has never claimed to be a doctor, and more importantly, has said numerous times not to take medical or nutritional advise from his podcast, then they probably deserve what ever they get. :shrug:

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

It wouldn't surprise me either. I was pretty geeked up to watch the Malone interview because he discovered the mRNA technology. I didn't even know what he looked like or ever heard him speak. I was excited to hear his opinion. I would certainly hold his opinion higher than some comedian who wanted to give their opinion on things.

I agree, but it just perpetuates the misinformation. I'm sure there are people who have never seen/heard it and think the show is Rogan doing most of the talking. In that 3 hour video, I'd be surprised if Rogan talked for more than 10 minutes of it.

That's just not true @Del . I would not say most conservatives listen to Rogan, but the numbers that do are significant. They don't listen to him because they agree with him, they listen to him because he'll have a discussion with whomever his guest is regardless if he agrees with them or not. He lets his guests say their piece instead of just trying to get "gotchas" like the majority of people doing the interviewing these days.

Bingo. I'll listen to him when he has a guest that I find interesting. Like for example Tulsi Gabbard. I don't agree with a lot of her positions but she's not a lunatic and will at least explain and discus her positions on things instead of just going for the soundbite.
