Usually some sort of leftovers. Sometimes a frozen vegan veggie bowl. About once or twice a month I do a 36-48 hour fast. Today if fasting day so no lunch for me.

Often nothing.
I've got a stash of ramen noodles I cook up in my coffee mug if needed.

Whatever I bring. Anything from a sandwich to leftover meal. Very rarely do I buy lunch.

I usually just have a turkey, chicken, or ham sandwich with a small hand full size bag of chips and a glass or two of water.

I get to work at 4am so I eat my lunch at 8am. Nothing worth while opens around here until 11am so I'm stuck bringing something from home.

We had a gut truck that was stopping in here for a while but the food off of that truck looked like it had been on there for two weeks under a heat lamp. I never ate anything off of it unless I was desperate.

Once in a while I'll bring oatmeal or soup for a change.

Nice job Grampa, So Dentures in or out for the Oatmeal? ;D

I love Oatmeal and Cream of wheat.

On Sundays I will cook up a Lb. of Bacon or Bob Evans sausage links, Make about 4 over easy eggs and Bay's English Muffins.....(Fuck McD's)

That or Everything Bagels and Cream Cheese, If I'm really Hungry I add Bacon ,Lettuce and tomato and Onion.

It's an easy fix in the A.M. and I will forego lunch. (bottle of water)

Then again I'm #230 so this has to end.

It's not the Bacon,But the lettuce and Tomato that have to go. ;D

If you want some really good eggs cook them in the bacon grease and spoon the grease over the eggs instead of flipping them.

Meh wifey makes my lunch every night before she goes to bed if I have work the next day.
(Yeah, she's a keeper.   We just celebrated our 40th Anniversary this month.)

I am definitely a creature of habit, so lunch is usually a low-carb wrap with either deli-sliced ham, turkey, or roast beef, with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
She also includes one of those Balanced Break snack thingys with the little cheese cubes and almonds, and an Atkins peanut butter bar, which is my favorite low-carb treat.

Sounds boring, I know, but it makes me happy!!
