Teeth implants?

Back in my drinking days I hung out in some pretty tough bars
I remember a bar maid, kind of cute but getting on in years.
She was having dental troubles so she took a week off, went to Mexico
had all her teeth pulled and replaced them with dentures.
A few weeks later she got in a verbal dispute with a guy she had cut off for getting too drunk and loud.
He slapped her and her dentures went sailing across the room.
The drunk was stunned, his eyes following the dentures as they flew.
The look on his face was classic.. total shock.. he never saw it coming when she laid him out
with the sap she kept behind the bar. It doesn't sound funny now, but at the time it was hilarious.

I had to look up sap to see what it was. That would have definitely done the job.
