I know to do.

My biggest hurdle is walking in the door making a drink and sitting down at the Puter to yak at you guys.

a few drinks and I'm Hungry.

Last night i had leftover spaghetti noodles, I added green olives ,5 pats of Butter. a large and free shaking of Parmesan cheese. Stir ,stir it needs something so 3 slices of american cheese and half a package of leftover broccoli and cheese. some more Parmesan and WaaLaa!!!

Any Questions??

Notice no smiley on this one. Tru Dat.

Then I wake and say to myself in the Mirror......You Fat!!

This weekend I am moving my laundry Hamper(Elliptical) in front of the tv.

I have to make a stand this gut is killing me.

You lost me at the American cheese. Next time get some Vermont cheddar, preferably Cabot Seriously Sharp.

If you are going to abuse your body it might as well taste good.

By volume, approximately 10-20% percent of Olive oil is no different than the saturated fats in red meat. Yes, the other 80% is better for you than other oils/fats. However the real issue lies in individual body/diet/genetics/etc. For some people that 10-20% saturated fat will not be a big issue. For others it will. That is my biggest takeaway from all of the reading/studying I have done on diet. There are foods that improve health and there are foods that impair health. Each person has a saturation level and an overload level for different foods. We should be looking at foods by the effect they have on health and testing/tracking/monitoring those effects personally, versus looking for studies/opinions/articles that give blanket go/nogo on the foods we like and want to eat. I equate it to smoking. We know the damage done by smoking, but it is over time. It takes years for the damage from smoking to progress to major disease. However some people smoke their whole lives and don't suffer those ailments. Food is the same. Some people will stay thin and relatively healthy their whole lives regardless of what they eat. Others will build chronic illness at faster rates. You may be able to eat that EVO without immediate consequence, for others that much Saturated fat daily may trigger a heart event.

The reason I only buy from only Europe or Morocco is they have the highest standards for olive oil. California makes a lot of olive oil also but their standards are crap compared to Europe's.

Well....This weekend the wife got the idea that she wanted a bike, so we went and got her a bike. I dug mine out of the shed, pressure washed it, and aired up the tires. Sunday, we loaded the kiddos up (8 and 1) and went on a ride over to my parents house and back. Total trip was 2 miles. This morning I rode my bike to work. If I ride to work and home twice a day (home for lunch), I will ride 20 miles a week. That's 20 miles better than I was doing I suppose. Now I just have to lay off the booze and candy bars. It's not much, but it's a start.

I have one of those bikes I park it in between the dining room table and the Pantry.

But it is far enough away from the elliptical that I can hang Laundry on. :)

We too hang the laundry on our exercise equipment....our treadmills make great clothes racks.

I have a malfunctioning motivation encoder.

What's your excuse...Errr

What's your diagnosis?? :)

champshire

It's easier to sit on my ass and watch tv and drink Jim Beam than it is to get on the treadmill. No real excuse other than complete laziness.
