One thing it seems to me...Republicans need to tread very carefully here, some already have thrown all caution to the wind...to me, they look to be overplaying their hand in a BIG way...that will spell trouble for them.

This is one of those wedge issues that even many in middle support, at least to some level...

The opposite is also true. Abortion was supposed to be legal safe and RARE. But it's the leftards that pushed and pushed the issue into 9month infanticide. They have no one to blame but themselves. Remember how the KKK governor Ralph Northham was describing how he'd sedate and make comfortable a woman while decapitating an at term little girl or boy?
This is the type of scum and villainy that I'll happily go to war against.

and you are correct, pushing it as far as they have have really kind of forced many people to draw the line...they are "ok" with it to some point but after that, they can't support it any further

It did occur to me that Roe is only overturned for poor women. Those with means will always have access to a safe provider.

More of the do as I say, but not as I do where it applies to how I feel this day of the week verse the other day of the week when someone was not looking over my shoulder to say that this was okay or not okay to do it.

I wonder how men would feel if women stop putting out and/or make the "I just tried that one time while I was drunk in college" something more permanent because they don't want the burden of accidental pregnancy to deal with.  

Man I'm glad I'm old enough not to have to deal with the direct consequences of this decision. I'll probably be paying for it in a couple of decades but I should be senile by then so I wont care .

Man I'm glad I'm old enough not to have to deal with the direct consequences of this decision. I'll probably be paying for it in a couple of decades but I should be senile by then so I wont care . 

I have been married for 23 years as of this past Sunday so it is not something I have had to deal with, but I think I would prefer that. I would much rather be involved with a woman that wants to start a meaningful relationship before sex versus a woman that gives it up to any guy on any random night. It's kind like cars, you get to a point in life that you want one that is clean, relatively low miles, only a few owners, and you can keep for the life of it.

My wife got pregnant in college. She decided to keep the baby and she started going to night classes after that. I met her about a year after the baby was born. She really turned her life around during that short time, before I met her.  when we met and started dating we decided to wait until marriage for intercourse. It wasn't easy. At the time, I was an apprentice in this trade and I had a guy in charge of me that was pretty hard on me. Some of the other guys in the shop told me, he's hard on you, but if you persevere you'll have a pretty good career when he's done with ya. They were right. And I used that advice also on persevering with waiting for sex until our wedding night. I was right.  So many of the problems that I see in other people's marriage don't exist in ours because of the commitment we made when dating. She's not jealous of other women I know, and I'm not jealous of the other men she knows. The idea of divorce never comes up in arguments. We have a mutual respect that I think is based on that early commitment. 

I swear if people only knew the perks of waiting until marriage, this world would be so different. I got to see my kids every day. I didn't have some other man making decisions in their lives. I didn't have an ex buying them things to sabotage my relationship with them, like so many divorced people do.  It's so much easier in life to just take your time and do it the right way. It's by far, the thing I am most proud of. My kids followed our example and did the same thing, and you can see how much better they are doing in life, than many of their friends who chose another path.

I'm guessing that the percentage of people who wait for marriage to have sex is well under 10%. 

If I waited until marriage I'd still be a virgin.   Never been married and will never get married.
