Has anybody bought a computer from these guys

They seem somewhat overpriced but get great reviews.  The reviews on their customer support look pretty stellar.  I guess they've been around for a long time?

They only offer GeForce cards for their Laptops.

Yeah they've been around for a few years. Any pre-built is going to be way more expensive, some more than others and some a LOT more than others like the Boxx stuff.

We've always got our pc's from CyberPower no issues for 10 computers over 15 years. They're usually one of the best priced pre-builts out there but I haven't shopped around in a couple of years.
Until recently we were getting basic office ones and cad computers for me, but this last one I convinced them to let me order the parts and build it myself. Much cheaper that route.
For larger companies with IT loosers and red tape that's probably not an option.

I think Falcon is more $ because they do more to make the PC look better cosmetic-wise on the outside, flashy stuff and whatnot.

Nope....

We probably have close to 600 computers around here....and 4 person IT department...

I think that they use high quality cases, power supplies, and motherboards. Some times the pre-built systems skimp on those things.

I just built a home/gaming PC last weekend.  I compared it to their Talon Intel desktop, and their pre-built system was almost identical to the one I put together if you upgrade their motherboard to the next level board.  My build has the ASUS Strix Z690-F.

My build was quite a bit cheaper than what they're asking but I already had a nice power supply, case, and nvme drive. I'm not sure that made up for the price difference :D  but I also don't get tech support or a warranty.

I believe these guys have been around since the mid 90's?  It sounds like they're pretty reputable. I'd probably want to know someone personally who's bought a PC from them before I rolled the dice on a $5k PC.  :D

Most of my gamer friends purchase through cyperpower.  You can find really good deals at times on their site.

I don't think they do, but you could always contact them and see if they make exceptions. It just requires a motherboard change, I wouldn't think it would be a big deal.

Yea. I've never seen anyone use cyberpower for work/cad stations.  Mostly gaming PC's. And mostly on a budget.

I wasn't sure if he was talking about them, or falcon.

They used to offer workstations with Quadro cards but they stopped that a while ago. Probably not popular enough for their target audience.
