Possibly not a big deal in the US, where Royalty is a form of celebrity.  Forum members from the Dominions etc will feel this is mpre practical and visible ways, beyond mourning a respected Monarch.

My thoughts are with King Charles.  Beyond the family aspect, he has huge shoes to fill.

Now, that said, a country has lost their longtime titular leader. She has been a constant in the world since 1952. She did her duty to her country until the very end.

As I alluded to yesterday on FB, I am surprised a bit...I sort of thought he would pass on it and ride off into the sunset so to speak..it didn't really seem like that was what he wanted at this point in life...

They are saying about a year before the Coronation, so who knows, he may still abdicate.

I would just kind of like to see William grab Harry quietly and remind him who the eff' exactly that he is...

We have that here to a large degree. It's just multiple families here instead of one. Kennedy's, Clinton's, Bush's etc..

I always find it amazing how these people are all thought to be smarter and better than us yet they have screwed up this country badly. Hopefully not beyond repair but I'm not so sure anymore.
