Utter disregard for Constitutional Rights.

You should try Family Court.

From the outside loking in there is NOTHING "family" about Family Court.

Family Court seems to about three things 1) Destroying the family unit, 2) Destroying the family financially, and 3) Cash Cow for lawyers.

Thankfully I've never had to be involved in it even when my own parents divorced.

Whistleblower fired

QuoteBombshell allegations by FBI Special Agent Steve Friend contained in a whistleblower complaint filed late Wednesday with the Department of Justice inspector general reveal a politicized Washington, DC, FBI field office cooking the books to exaggerate the threat of domestic terrorism, and using an "overzealous" January 6 investigation to harass conservative Americans and violate their constitutional rights.

Friend, 37, a respected 12-year veteran of the FBI and a SWAT team member, was suspended Monday, stripped of his gun and badge, and escorted out of the FBI field office in Daytona Beach, Fla., after complaining to his supervisors about the violations.

He was declared absent without leave last month for refusing to participate in SWAT raids that he believed violated FBI policy and were a use of excessive force against Jan. 6 subjects accused of misdemeanor offenses.

This American hero, the father of two small children, has blown up his "dream career" because he could not live with his conscience if he continued to be part of what he sees as the unjust persecution of conservative Americans.

"I have an oath to uphold the Constitution," he told supervisors when he asserted his conscientious objection to joining an Aug. 24 raid on a J6 subject in the Jacksonville, Fla., area. "I have a moral objection and want to be considered a conscientious objector."

Friend, who did not vote for Donald Trump in the 2020 election, said he told his immediate boss twice that he believed the raid, and the investigative process leading up to it, violated FBI policy and the subject's right under the Sixth Amendment to a fair trial and Eighth Amendment right against cruel and unusual punishment.

FBI Swat in front of 7 children.

Different account

QuoteAccording to his wife, 25-30 armed FBI agents raided their home at 7:05 a.m. His wife said they entered the home and pointed rifles at them as their kids began screaming. His wife and kids watched and they arrested Mark. Per National Review:

On Friday morning, Houck's rural home was raided by 25 to 30 armed FBI agents, who pounded on the door and yelled at the family to open it, his wife said.

Mark Houck pleaded with the FBI agents before opening the door, telling them "please, I'm going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house."

The agents continued to yell, and when the door was opened, they pointed their guns at the Houcks while instructing the children to go upstairs, according to Ryan-Marie. "The kids were all just screaming. It was all just very scary and traumatic," she said.

The FBI agents proceeded to put Houck into a vehicle and when his wife asked if they had a warrant, she said that they replied that "they were going to take him whether they had a warrant or not."

QuoteAfter she accused them of kidnapping her husband, they presented her with the first page of the warrant, she said, which showed he was charged with violations of the FACE Act, due to an alleged "ATTACK OF A PATIENT ESCORT."

Biden's Justice Department is now charging Houck with violating the FACE Act and Houck is now facing a maximum sentence of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000 for merely defending his son from being attacked.

Yeah nothing to see here if you disagree you a are Fascist according to Biden.

witnesses say the "patient escort" attacked his children and he was defending them

the "patient escort" attempted to sue, but was laughed out of court

this seems an over reaction to a scuffle in which no one was injured

I find it odd that since the Roe verdict some 60 pro life pregnancy crisis centers have been burned out or vandalized
I've yet to hear of a single arrest, or even any serious investigation into these terrorist activities.

If the Left is doing it then it is acceptable if the right is doing it then it is a terrorist act. Those of us who think leaning either way is stupid are leaned in a direction if we use good old common sense.
