I'm not sure where she has to go from there? The right doesn't agree with most of her policy and the left hate her for criticizing theirs.   There is no room for moderates in todays politics.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

She's on Rogans latest podcast that was just released. Listening now.

There's been much speculation as to what might have prompted her change of heart.  Did she have a frightening experience which drove home the need of personal self defense?

She's been pretty moderate all along. She also has been willing to sit down and work with the other side. She was one of the only dems in Washington that actually met with Trump after he took office. she also has been pretty consistent on border security, foreign handouts to Iran, support for Israel, etc.

It doesn't take much speculation to figure that out.
The dems have gone stark raving mad dog howling at the moon, shithouse rat crazy.

for example, here in Cali
they just made it illegal for a doctor to disagree with the government

She starts talking about leaving it at about 1 hour in. She doesnt see the democrats being able to fix themselves and is going independent.

The majority of Dems are perfectly sane...they just need to grow a pair and drive the lunatics out instead
of letting them drive the bus.
Trump has destroyed the Democrat party. He drove the leadership insane... and the adults who are left
need to stage a coup and take back their party... while there is something left worth having

Independent is probably better?  She's definitely not a Republican and she certainly doesn't fit in to today's Democrat party.

This comment alone would be enough to get her kicked out of the Republican party

QuoteThe very real possibility of Roe v Wade being overturned terrifies me. I am sick of women's bodies being used as pawns so politicians can score cheap political points at the expense of their freedom and safety. I am wholly committed to abortion remaining safe, legal and rare. We must commit to defending a woman's right to choose. I also support sensible codifying of Roe v Wade preventing third-trimester abortion except when there are grave or life-threatening health consequences for the mother.

bullshit... if that were true contraceptives would be over the counter drugs as they've been in Europe for decades
The R have been trying to do this for 30 years and the D's have successfully blocked them for 30 years.
because
Planned Parenthood owns the dems lock stock and barrel
prescription only contraceptives are big $$$
and  OTC contraceptives would make a lot of highly profitable baby killing unnecessary.

neurosis

I thought that Republicans literally just voted against protection for contraceptive rights?

You mean anything more dangerous to one's life than taking on Killary Clinton? Few things in life are more dangerous than that. Having dirt ON Killary and planning on testifying about said dirt is about the only thing more dangerous.
