Too many have been great all the way through, then fizzled at the end, :cough: Game of Thrones :cough:, but Homeland isn't one of those, IMO, of course.

Just finished the last episode. I have to say, I agree. It didn't end the way I even imagined. We were two episodes from the end and I'm like WTF Jim?

you were right though. Homeland had some REALLY good writing.

I saw the first episode of the newest Deadliest Catch spinoff, 'The Viking Returns'.
(Discovery Channel)

With the King Crab fisheries in Alaska temporarily closed, Captain Sig Hansen and a couple of family members decide to return to their roots in Norway to establish a crab fishing business there.

So far it looks pretty good.

I'm still not through " The Chosen " but I will say that it has moved me closer to God and for that I am thankful. Very well done and written and from a different perspective as to who Jesus was through the eyes of his disciples.

'City on a Hill' Season 3 just ended with the door wide open for another season.

Kevin Bacon and Aldis Hodge are a great combination as the two main characters, and the show has a great supporting cast as well.

I hope they have a Season 4 in the works because there are too many unanswered questions that fans want to see answered!!

The wife and I were looking for a new TV series to watch and found Sherlock (Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman) with a 98% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes so we gave the first episode a watch last night. The episodes are a little longer than your average show ( 1 1/2 hours) but we were highly entertained. A nice mix of humor and suspense. I'm looking forward to episode 2.

If the Dahmer series accurately portrayed his crimes, all of his victims would of been bored to death.

I was considering watching that, but never followed through.

From what I have read about Dahmer he really was a low-key person, to the point of being boring, but when he was alone with his victims he was anything but boring.

We started watching "The Watcher". It's pretty good! It would be ridiculous if it wasn't based on a true story. I don't know how close they followed the true story, but it's insane!!!

My wife & I binged 5 episodes of that yesterday. Very bizarre to think it's based on a true story. Like you, I don't know how closely it follows what truly happened. I could see some of the characters personalities being enhanced for dramatic effect, but still a good watch. I'd recommend it too.

I've been trying to find a place to stream the TV series 'The Detour'.

It's been super difficult to find unless you want to pay Hulu streaming prices. Wildly inappropriate but super funny.

I agree with The Watcher, I was disappointed as well. I would still watch it though even knowing how the series ends. I like the Sinner series and will likely watch the 4th season also.
