...Child labor laws, we still see companies get nailed for violating current child labor laws. If those were removed, some companies it would not take long for them to have those 14 year old cashiers working til as late as they needed...or we've all seen the shops that "try" to make OT mandatory.

While there is a myriad of laws that could be stricken there are also others that need to exist.  Not every boss is a good boss and not every company owner is a benevolent dictator.

The balance is out of whack...but the answer isn't no laws at all.
