Windows 11 - Using the g/f as the guinea pig

You have to Restart to really reboot the system.

Where a Laptop will shut all the way down because I will unplug it. Any Electronic left on can be hacked into.

Isn't that just the Fast Startup option that has been in the last couple versions of Windows? If so you can disable it in the power settings.
