I picked up some good recommendations from y'all on the old forum, so let's keep it going here.

Watched the new 4 part Netflix doc on the Night Stalker last night. It's really good. Lots more focus on the cops who worked the case and the victims than the POS himself. That dude was evil personified.

I've been watching Get Shorty on Amazon Prime
and Foyle's War on Acorn

Just finished the latest episode of The Expanse while I was on the elliptical machine. When I run out of episodes I will need to find a new show to watch while I get my cardio in.

I've been watching The Expanse while doing resistance workouts. I'm still in season 1 and it's a pretty good show so far.

We've been watching The Rookie on Hulu(believe its on ABC as well?). It's a cheesy cop show and the first two seasons were pretty good. However the first 2 episodes so far this season have somewhat shifted toward making a political statement. I'm about 2 episodes away from quiting watching it if it doesn't get back to what it was. I do recommend the first two seasons however.

Still rewatching Buffy.  There's a lot of it.  Want to be able to binge The Expanse without breaks to wait for the next episode.

neurosis

I was watching the new Lost in Space, but ended up getting bored with it.

'Mindhunter' on Netflix was very good, but they only did two seasons.

On a side note, I just made a helmet visor last week that will be worn by actor Ryan Reynolds in an upcoming Netflix movie.
Not sure of the title or the release date, but if you see him in a new movie wearing a flight helmet, that's the one.

Once in a while we get to earn a few coolness points on the job!

Can definitely recommend My Octopus Teacher, and The Dawn Wall on netflix.

Watched Murder Mountain on Netflix over the weekend. It's about northern California weed growers.

Except for the redwood trees, you'd think it was about eastern Kentucky hillbillies.

+1 for My Octopus Teacher. That was a good doc.

'Your Honor' on Showtime has been great, and the latest re-hashing of Stephen King's 'The Stand' has been pretty good so far too.

I also saw the first two episodes of 'Night Stalker' on Netflix which is also very good.
I had read some about this guy (Ramirez) but had no idea what a sick and twisted individual he was.

I like the fact that the documentary is told from the POV of the cops who investigated the case, and the fact that they highlight the names and faces of the victims instead of the psychopathic serial killer.  Some of the crime scene photos are a little hard to take, but I think the film maker uses them not for shock value, but to give the viewer a sense of the horror this guy inflicted on so many people.

the funniest movie on netflix is " the Interview " in my opinion.
For a really good netflix series check out the tv series called " Jericho " on netflix. only a few seasons long but its super good.

They don't have Jericho anymore on Canadian Netflix, but I watched the whole thing when they did.
The interview is hilarious!
