In hind sight, I wouldn't have minded spending 100 bucks on it when they were first introduced.

Well, I hope nobody paid the 4k for the Trump cards.  It didn't take long for the price to drop to $400 and I suspect that it will eventually drop back down to the original price.  I wonder if we'll ever hear who made out like bandits (Trump probably bought half of the cards himself and sold them at the inflated price )  and who lost their asses.

And I have a nephew who started with around $5K and cashed out around $250K of crypto into gold and silver which he still has, so it's not all gloom and doom.

There were estimated to be around 100,000 bitcoin millionaires at the peak in 2021.

The early adopters are the ones that made out on it. My son... WAY too late to the game. Had he got out at the peak, he probably would have been around +25%-ish.
