The Browns played well. They sure outplayed the Chiefs in the 2nd half. Chubb is a fkn beast and Mayfield was making some good throws. Their offensive line played impressively too. I do think if they keep those guys together they'll be competing for the division next year.

The word here is Mahomes is fine and he'll be in the game next week unless things go sideways, which sometimes happens with concussions.

Good news on Mahomes. LB Mack Wilson was taking some heat on Twitter but many backed him up. It wasn't a dirty play. Do you think it was, Larry?

It was a playoff game, Mahomes trying to get a big first down, Wilson trying to prevent it. Both guys playing hard. Nothing dirty about it.

The refs missed that call. I guess they were busy watching the ball and didn't see it. It was a big swing play for sure.

Green Bay looked very good against a pretty tough Rams team. Rogers looks like a guy on a mission. I doubt Tampa Bay will get out of Green Bay with a win.

I have a hunch Brady finds a way. GOAT. But yeah, Packers will be tough to beat. Rodgers MVP this year.

I'm no doctor but Mahomes looked concussed. Now they are saying it was a "tweaked nerve". Sounds like damage control so he can play in the championship game.

Might be right. I never did see his head hit the ground nor did Mack Wilson (our LB who was involved on the play) hit his head. And yet, when he got up and was all wobbly - it sure looked like he was concussed. Stay tuned as the week progresses...

Yeah, we're nervous. Without Mahomes I'm sure Buffalo will be a big favorite. The Chiefs are still have a ton of talent but it'll be really tough.

I didn't see Mahomes take a shot to the head either. It might not be a concussion at all. But it sure did look like it when he tried to stand up.

Regardless, the NFL concussion protocol is set up so players can't come back too soon and teams can't push them to come back too soon. The article below is a pretty good read of what it's about.

Still haven't watched a whole game.

I was at a birthday party yesterday and most of the guys were watching the GB / TB game in the living room.
We left at halftime and I just found out this morning how it ended.

I might watch the Super Bowl just to see if Andy Reid can win another one, and I hope he does whether I watch it or not.

Just a casual observation here too.
People were wondering if Tom Brady made Bill Belichick look good, or the other way around.
Tom is in the Super Bowl again, and the Pats didn't even make it into the playoffs...so yeah...we have our answer.

I think Brady already sealed his GOAT status, so another one would just be icing on the cake.
