Comfortable oil resistant work shoes?

I have been wearing Sketchers for the last few years and they are among the most comfortable work shoes I have ever had.

The memory foam insoles are great, and it feels like wearing a comfortable pair of sneakers in the shop all day.

I wear those too. I think the last pair I bought was around $65 at Kohl's.

Yeah they are great.
My employer gives us a $75 allowance per year if we need to buy safety shoes, so I can actually get a new pair every year if I wanted to.

But the way these wear, I can usually get 2-3 years out of a pair before I replace them.

A bit of history on the Wolverines I'm wearing
I bought a pair in 2018

They survived 3 years which is a personal best for work shoes in this shop.
Many of the big HBM's are open, and you are always walking on very nasty very sharp chips
The chips destroy most shoes in short order.
I once had a $140 pair of Red Wings that lasted less than a week before a chip penetrated the
soles. I noticed it when my socks were soggy with coolant at the end of the day because coolant
was seeping though holes in the soles.

After three years, the soles and uppers were still serviceable, but the insoles were shot.
I went to buy another pair, but they were no longer available, so I bought a similar pair of Timberlines.
The Timberlines were not comfortable and I started shopping again.
By then the Wolverine's were back in stock so I purchased another pair which I am currently wearing

My Red Wings shoes were around $170 but they were made in Minnesota. Almost all of their shoes are now made in China.

Believe it or not, I've got some Carhartt sneakers of some sort (just looked it up: Carhartt Force® Non-Safety Toe Work Sneaker) that have been quite good to me so far (~6 months of daily wear)-I may or may not be able to find the model # if you're interested. I had been wearing these Puma sneakers that we got at Costco but they just didn't last...I'd go thru a pair (wear holes in the soles) in about 3 months! (But they were great aside from that).

btw...those $125 ones are the waterproof version.
I have had the same ones that are not waterproof and they are just as comfortable, and probably more like $80 or $90.

Yep $80 but thank you soo much for the reference. I been Numb walking in the door at night both ankles.

Imma give them a shot. I bought them a little large so I can put an insert in if I need.

Sketchers here also. Some of the most comfortable work shoes I've worn. I'm on my feet all day. Walking and standing. I would also recommend you give them a try. They come with steel toes also.
