Mazak Variaxis posting wrong

I am hoping someone can help here. We have a Mazak Variaxis i800 with a Postability post. The post has been working well for us for years, with an occasional tweak being needed.
Our other 5X machine is down, so I had to reprogram a part to run on this machine. Ive attached a zip2go.
At the start of the morph toolpath the machine is attempting to move to a point that appears to be 180° from "X".

As a check, look at your Misc variables, you might need to set it to calculate the secondary solution

It turns out I just don't have any faith. The toolpath was going to the correct spot, but my starting point needed to be further away in the Y axis. When I re-positioned the start point it ran correctly.
