This is a commitment to alcoholism and a respect for the beverages themselves which is rarely seen and worthy of our admiration.

It is a multi-million dollar house in San Francisco. Google earth 2655 Broadway in SF and everything is blocked out on her place. Lots of Secret Service Black SUV's around it.

I'll have to admit, The camera footage and audio really does make it look like the crazed break in story versus Grindr hookup gone bad. However, they should have released the footage immediately. By waiting three months a lot of people will claim it is doctored or deepfake.

Ok here is my take...

As much as I can't stand the wretched hag who held the nation's third highest political seat for far too long, I think her husband was exactly what he appeared to be in this case, an innocent victim.

After seeing the video of DePape actually breaking the window from the outside with the hammer and climbing inside, the theory that he was an invited guest just doesn't make sense.

Also, what I heard in the 911 recording was a homeowner who was the victim of a break-in by an obviously disturbed individual and was trying his best to keep that individual calm.

Same thing when the police arrived.
I think Mr. Pelosi keeping his hand on the hammer was a defensive measure on his part to try to gain at least partial control of the weapon if the nutjob holding it decided to start swinging it.

Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened as we saw on the video, only he couldn't defend himself against the younger stronger man.
When DePape decided to strike, it happened so quickly that even though the cops rushed him he still had time to land several blows with the hammer before they could subdue him.

To me, it looked like that little smirk from DePape when the cop ordered him to drop the hammer was actually him doing the math in his head and realizing this wasn't going to end well for him, so he decided to go down swinging.

That's just my opinion based on the videos and the 911 recording...
I'm glad Mr. Pelosi survived the attack, because it could have easily killed him.
