The state is irrelevant to the situation.

His alleged/implied associations are barely relevant.

i prefer to wait for more information as to the the justification of the shooting.

Law Enforcement in Utah isn't paid particularly well so I would imagine the level of training they recieve would not be up to major metropolitan standards. Then again, Utah's population is around 3.5-4 million, and the COUNTY of my residence is about the same.

The few that I met were respectable and Cautious and decent.

They only asked for personal freedom, they weren't lawbreakers they held jobs and only wanted to be left alone.

They believed the federal government had been formed to eschew their state rights, correctly so it seems.

Being said I saw nothing on this video that was a threat to Law enforcement and was easily remedied.

I've known a couple as sell... they, like most of the people I know, just want to be left alone to live their lives peaceably and without undue government intervention in every aspect of it. Not unreasonable at all IMHO.

While I do believe taxation is theft, I also believe many modern conveniences that I enjoy require funding so I'm ok with funding that with funding from car registration and gasoline taxes for the purposes of road creation amd maintenance.
