When I lived in Tulsa I dreaded allergy season. It started in August and it was a long season because you might not get a good freeze until Nov or even dec. In MN it starts late summer as well but normally we get an overnight freeze in late Sept or Oct. That is one of the reasons I want to move to FL, I do much better with coastal air.

My seasonal allergies were terrible when I was younger. They have gotten less and less over the years. But I have picked up a nasty tree nut allergy in it's place.

got so bad I went in and tested 10 years ago out of 120 tests i was alergic to all but about 15. did allergy shots for 7 years (3 shots a week) and we are not talking bourbon.
covid kind of put a stop to that so been shot free for three years. still reacting to environmental alergens but not near as bad as it was.
