Trump is not due to appear in court again until Dec 4th, giving credence to the fact that this is not about actually charging him, but keeping him under the shadow of the indictment while also propping him up as the front runner, because any candidate trying to run against him right now will be running a high wire balancing act.

Dems think that Trump is the only one they can beat on election day.

I fully disagree. Trump got more votes than any previous presidential candidate. Biden only won because of the hundreds of thousands of mail in votes that can't be verified or validated. Trump is polling way ahead of any other R contender and even almost double digit points ahead of Biden is the latest polls. Trump is the absolute last person the Dems want to face next year and that is what this is all about.

It's not just the counting, it's the voter rolls. If there are not accurate, up to date voter rolls that can be verified, they can just inject as many votes as needed and once it is done there is no way to prove it was legit or not.

It certainly would be interesting to see if the NeverTrumpers that insisted trump lost fairly would say the same if DeSantis lost by the same miraculous middle of the night magical vote dumps. I'm willing to bet they would change their tune.
