Can't test it yet

Thanks

James,

After years of wanting this option on a vertical with rotary A I finally got it..but... parameters..

I have tried many configurations of parameters from 19665 to 19714.  Nothing is working yet.  Do you have any sample of a HMC or VMC of those parameter values that work?

Specifically the ones listed in the B-64483EN-1_08_01 connection manual pages 2319-2321.

There is no example shown for a single table rotation type.  19680=12 seems to be the only one that makes sense but it's for 2 rotarys.

I thought I was close but when I read G53.1 I get the machine parameter incorrect alarm.

Thanks

What's the alarm number?

I-ll get you a list of parameters to set/check. Machine type DOES need to be 12 though.

Here's what has worked for me;
#1041.1 = 1
#5006.6 = 1
#5010 = .01
#5400.5 = 1
#11220 = 10.
#11221.0 = 1
#11221.1 = 1
#11304.1 = 1
#12321 = 0
#12322 = 0
#13451.1 = 1
#19680 = 12
#19681 = 4
#19682 = 1 for X, 2 for Y (axis of rotation)
#19684 = 1
#19686 = 0
#19687 = 3
#19689 = 0
#19696.0 = 0
#19696.1 = 1 (virtual Axis)
#19696.3 = 1
#19696.5 = 0
#19696.6 = 1
#19697 = 3
#19698 = 0
#19699 = 0
#19700 - #19702 measured values (COR X, Top of Pallet Y, COR Z)
#19703 - #19705 usually 0
#19746.1 = 0
#19746.4 = 0
#19746.6 = 1

Thank you x 1000!

I was wrong with 19686, 19696.1, 19746.4, 19746.6

Here is my test code

M6T13
G0G90G54X0Y0A90.
G68.2X0Y0I0J-90.K0
G53.1
G0X0Y0
G43H13Z6.

Should inital A90. and G68.2 J-90.(J always opposite?)

Another question is my absolute displays values related to my original G54 origin but the machine is moving to the correct new X0Y0 while in TWP.  I thought 11221.2 and/or 1205.6 would change it but it did not.

Thanks again James

On a Matsuura MX-850 5-axis VMC
I have;
#1205.6 = 0
#11221.2 = 0
