America's 'Atlas Shrugged' Moment Has Already Arrived

There is too much to quote here
Just read it

QuoteLast September, billionaire Ken Griffin announced he was pulling up stakes and moving Citadel—his gigantic hedge fund—from Chicago to Miami.

The Windy City was out of control, he told Bloomberg, something that dawned on him after a colleague made a coffee run and was robbed by a thief who put "a gun to his head."

It's no secret that Griffin's exit is part of a much larger migration taking place across America.

Data show that several populous blue states—California, New York, and Illinois among them—have been losing population and companies for years. In 2021 Forbes wrote about "leftugees" fleeing blue states for red ones. A few years before that, a headline in The Hill touched on "the great exodus out of America's blue cities."

New IRS data, however, show the speed with which blue states are losing taxpayers—and their adjusted gross income (AGI)—is increasing. A recent Wall Street Journal analysis found that more than 100,000 people left Illinois in 2021, taking with them some $11 billion in AGI, nearly double its 2019 total. For New York it was $24.5 billion, an increase of more than 150 percent from 2019. California, meanwhile, saw its AGI loss ($29 billion) more than triple since 2019.

The problem is liberals are foolish. They ignore the reality of their policies for the feel good emotional promises. I would love to think that the ones fleeing have learned their lesson but if they are still led by emotion they will just vote to eff up whatever state they move to.

Yes, it was a relatively small city and early tech companies like Dell setup their headquarters there.
The influx of ultra liberal tech workers quickly overwhelmed the conservative voting base
Austin is now giving Portland a run for it's money for the title of Crazy Town, USA

Colorado was my home state.
I spent most of my childhood overseas, but Colorado was where we came back to on vacations.
I spent my senior year of high school there and lived there for a few years before joining the Marines.
I would love to live in southwest Colorado, but there is no way in hell I'm moving back into
that shit show.

My bro-in-law is a member of a campground that is in the furthest point north in PA, right on the NY border.
They have many members who come from NY and NJ every year and have been trying to take over the board.

My bro-in-law always wears this t-shirt to the board meetings:

Kommiefornians have fucked up more of this USA than just their own shit show of a state. Oregon, Washington, AND Colorado have been laid waste by idiot leftist Kommiefornians.

We deserve every bit of scorn we get wherever we go.

That being said, the rest of you fuckin people... you couldn't keep your (allegedly) "moderate" Demonrats in check so YOU gave us Nazi Pelosi as Speaker of the House... not just once but TWICE FFS!.

What the actual fuck?
