Let me explain some legal system stuff to you two yes smit i saw your Like to this ignorant posting.

My brother has refused to leave the house that our parents requested be sold after the last of them passed away. I have POA, Trust agreement as the sole Trutee for the Estate and the Last will and Testament of my father who is the last surviving of our parents. I had to hire a lawyer to have him evicted from the house. I could not go to the county court house and have him evicted they refused to accept my money and allow me to have him served with the eviction. That would have cost me $400. To date I have spent $20k in lawyer fees to ave him evicted. I have to pay all utilities on the house as the trustee until the house is sold. $4k until the end of the year. We might get a court date in August of September. You know what he has had to do to take fight this? Just have a friend write up a lying answer accusing me of a Felony and mistreatment of our father without spending a dime. Guess who side the legal system is on? His not mine and I will no go into all the real illegal activities that went on while we was supposed to be taking care of our dad. Again the law is on his side and he gets to stay in our parents house for free until probably the end of the year. My parents thought by having all of this documented and done with a lawyer would prevent all of this. That is just what I have am personally experiencing with our wonderful legal system that can be flippantly be said as "sure" for what others experience wen you don't even live in that art of the county to have an idea what really is at play in the situation. Yes that could be said for Gcode assessment of the situation, but having just been in New York in the last 2 months I can say what a nasty place it is.
