I know it sounds kind of sciencey, but those are the TWO biological genders that human beings are born with.
With a few VERY rare exceptions, a simple look at one's plumbing can identify which is which, with no medical degree necessary.

Had to laugh yesterday
There is an LA school district with a large Armenian population.
They held a rally yesterday protesting the LGBT?? (alphabet soup) agenda their
kids are being subjected to in class.
Antifa showed up and began their usual bullying and intimidation tactics.
The Armenians beat them like drums. 
From the video feeds I saw on Twitter, the LAPD was very slow to put a stop to the beat downs.
The cops were standing around going,,, "man, I wish I could do that"
