Is it possible to change the stroke on this thing? We need to check a counterbore that is shallower than the stroke.

I see it has an X axis measuring range of .22 or .69 inches. Is there a setup page that gives you an option to change X axis?

I emailed Mitutoyo tech support and they got back to me last night.
Telling me that I can change the cutoff value to shorten the stroke.
Problem is, they show me the page I need to be on, but not how to get there.
I've gone thru all of the sub menus that I am aware of, so I just emailed him back asking him to tell me step by step.

I found it. He was showing me a page with metric values. (stupid metric system!)
It's the symbol that looks like an A with a c after it. Ac  (Lambda?)

Default is the 3rd one. I moved it to the 2nd one and it's shorter.
