they say stupid people should not be aloud to breed. from my small view of the world that would be majority.

In reading the article, I was thinking about the company and employees of Bxia, who are contracted to enter the homes of the deceased to deal with their worldly possessions.

These are the people who decide what has monetary value of items can be sold, donated or re-purposed, but more importantly, what may have sentimental value to those left behind.

Everything can't be saved, so to isolate those few items which capture the humanity of the deceased must be very challenging.

Some items can be sold, but what about a flag that draped a coffin, or the wedding band of a grandmother, or the flower-bulbs which were transplanted from a distant location.

What items do you have which would capture your humanity?

As to what would capture my humanity, I'd leave that for someone else to decide. I tend to think that the values of my children are probably the closest thing to my humanity, that I can think of.

 We have a trunk that my Great Great grandpa carved his name into when coming to America. That has always been special to me. A celtic crucifix that belonged to my grandmother means a lot to me.

When I flew to Vegas, I remember being over 'Murrica and looking out and seeing miles of open land with the odd cris- cross of roads....and looking out an hour later and no one had changed the picture!
Same as Spain and France (and the UK)....there's a HUGE amount of land with nothing going on....
