Pretty good around here I reckon. Just enjoying the summertime lake and pool.  Smit, I'm confused on the back issues comment.  I have been diagnosed with colitis which does affect the backside

I thought you posted quite a while back you had back issues that were interfering with your golf game. Perhaps I misremembered. I do that sometimes.

I also get mixed up on who has what medical issue around here.
None of us are getting any younger, so the aches and pains are definitely more frequent!

Anyway I hope you are doing well and your colitis is under control.

Meh, it's not too awful bad, other than a restricted diet (trying to follow).  No salads, little bread, little dairy, and less grease.  Basically supposed to be gluten and dairy free, but what's the point in living lol. I'm a firm believer that all the processed garbage we've been shoving down our gullets are killing us slowly
