what I don't get is, why people feel the need to make up things like this about the Obama's when their policies alone are enough to discredit their ambitions for president. Why is there a need to try and say that Michelle is a man? It's one of the things that makes me not want to associate myself with the republican brand.

Well I think it has something to do with the fact that if someone would lie about their biological gender, we would have to wonder what else they would lie about.

I personally don't care either way if Michelle Obama is biologically male or female, or a hermaphrodite.
What I do care about is if a person is going to run for POTUS they should at least be honest about their own physiology as it relates to their overall physical and mental health.

I see the allure for someone who doesn't believe in an omnipotent God. From that perspective you just have to fight fire with fire, I guess.

In Christianity, we refer to the Devil as the "father of lies" and we don't believe you can beat the father of lies with more lies. Not trying to turn this into a theological thread. that's just where my mind goes when thinking of such things.

Neither party can claim the high ground these days.
They used to at least pretend to be respectful and decent.
The Dem's absolutely lost their shit when Regan got elected.
I remember being shocked at their behavior when he survived 2 assassination attempts.
It's been a fast downhill slide from both camps ever since.

I've pretty much washed my hands of politics.
The Dem's have figured out how to steal elections using their corrupt big city administrations
in the swing states to tip the balance.
It won't be long before they have a lock on House and Senate majorities.

Hermaphrodites (I guess the new term is 'intersexed person') can reproduce.
A biologically female person (XX chromosomes) who also has external male genitalia can become pregnant and give birth to children since their predominant female reproductive organs are usually functional.

Again, I will clarify that I could care less about Michelle Obama's gender, but I do think that if someone is going to seek the office of POTUS they should at least be honest about any and all medical conditions.

(btw...I also come at this issue from the perspective that God doesn't make mistakes, but it's not a very popular opinion... )
