Mind you, he is not the only reason but he is a BIG reason WHY we're in the mess we're in..he is not the solution, he too is part of the problem.

I said this "Party" ;)

Quote from: Jim at Gentex on October 25, 2023, 04:45 AMTrump came in as a Washington outsider and lit a fire in the swamp.
We all know that ain't happening again...ever...

I personally like his America First mentality, as well as his views on energy independence, the southern border, and a few other things.

But fully half of the country hates his guts, and I believe the political establishment and the media are going to do anything and everything they can to stop him.
With Biden pissing off the people that actually voted him the last round I think that a large enough percentage of Democrats won't be voting for him this round. I'm really curious as to how many Hawaiians will remember how they were treated. He has the auto workers already making derogatory statements about his electric cars. The Dem States are where the illegals are moving to and torquing more of his voters.
The real question is how many Democrats will vote while remembering the crap they have endured though Biden's term.

Dems don't need actual living, registered voters to win an election.

They also would vote for a dead person before voting for Trump.

Quote from: neurosis on October 25, 2023, 09:02 AMAren't those mega corps the entities who stand to gain the most from a Trump presidency? Tax cuts, deregulation, and all that?

Nope, small and medium size American corps doing the majority of their business in America benefit. The large Multi-national corps doing business globally did worse under Trumps America first policies, GM, GE, Boeing, Conagra, Monsanto, Pfizer, etc. America has a small population compared to the world. They need the wealth of America going to other countries where there are larger populations to consume their products. America is only one piece of their pie. If America's policies help America but hurt the world it's not good for them. Trumps policy made China a strategic competitor versus the strategic partner it previously was. This hurt China and a lot of big corps that do a ton of business there.

Makes no difference to me at this point....for me, it's all about the circus and I'm done with it.

Only because the media and everyone that is scared of him made him the center of the circus. And it's been a circus long before Trump ever talked about being a president.

This was their plan all along. Kill Trump's support by wearing down voters so much that they would ignore every positive from Trump's policies.

When mafia, organized crime, blue collar crimes, drug organizations, etc. are being prosecuted by federal, you never see state or lower courts prosecuting at the same time. They always stand down as to not jeopardize each others cases. The constant multi-front, full send attack against Trump is not about Trump. It's about wearing down the voters until they gladly take the deep state picked candidate.
