This one is always interesting; " Committed to Mental Health Facility This Summer". I'd like to know was he adjudicated or did he enter a mental health facility voluntarily? There's a difference. The 1st one essentially a judge/jury has found you a danger to yourself/society and you must be remanded to a mental health facility for further evaluation and the other, well to me it means he shought help. Two entirely different things IMHO.

Also, wonder what kind of meds they prescribed him while he was in the "Mental Health Facility This Summer". SSRI's are notorious (i.e. well documented issues) for causing more harm than good in some individuals.

This guy self admittedly told medical professionals he was hearing voices telling him to shoot up the local base. This is the exact kind of case where gun red flags laws should be relevant. The problem is Dems will abuse any red flag law to grab as many guns as they can. We can't have reasonable gun laws because of Dems. Tragedies like this could be avoided if they they had any integrity.

Even if Red Flag laws would save lives, they'll be abused because they are done with cowardice. Done outside Constitutional boundaries, in secret.

 The fact of the matter is Red Flag laws are unnecessary. There are enough laws on the books currently to put anyone on a 5150 hold for almost any reason. That's not enough for anti-gunners though. Those cowards want to accuse you in secret so they never have to face you in a legal proceeding. Because if they had to accused you and face you in public then you can sue the cowards. They DEFINITELY don't want that.
