I personally have no problems with vegans but there is a growing group identity of vegans that seem to follow a pattern of having the need to covert non-vegans in a similar pattern as to evangelists having the need to convert non-Christians to the Christian way of life. Hearing the preaching once a year is understandable to most people. Hearing the sermon once a month is getting annoying and hearing it more than that will drive people to cross the street when they see the "vegan preachers" coming their way. Please don't become a vegan preacher.

Not to speak for Doug, but he's obviously not a vegan. He admits to hitting the meat once in a while.

I think he just trolls (not meaning that offensively) to get a reaction but I like his alternative ideas on food and, although I don't take the time to look some of it up, his criticism of "big food". 

If nothing else, we can attempt to educate ourselves while making fun of Doug?
