Executive Orders

The wide us of executive orders is essentially over turning election results, is it not?  

The voters elected a democratic president.  But the voters also elected a 50-50 split senate and a nearly 50-50 house.  executive orders is a work around to the necessary compromise to get laws passed.  Which essentially a way to over-ride the American voter's decision for congress.

I haven't watched that.  I'm not saying that one president is worse than the other, I'm saying these executive orders need to stop and Congress needs to get their anal excrement together.  Schumer is actually calling for Biden to declare Climate change an emergency so that he can use executive powers to stop it, which is a domino from Trump declaring the border an emergency and using executive powers to fix THAT!. this has got to stop.  If the president would stop with the executive orders, which Biden himself said in October is dictatorial, Congress would be forced to do what Congress was designed to do which is to deliberate and compromise to come up with some solution.

This is nothing new, and the practice will continue no matter which party has the Presidency.

Comparatively speaking, FDR issued over 3700 back in the day, so these guys aren't even close to being in his league.
FDR had a super-majority in Congress at one time, but that didn't slow him down one bit when it came to issuing EO's.

Biden has a simple majority today, but still churning out EO's during his first weeks in office like he is giving away candy.

This will NOT STOP until Congress makes it stop, and they have shown no desire to do that since way before FDR's day.
