Quick update.
I tested the coolant pump and it didn't work.
After some trouble shooting turns out the the old coolant had coagulated at the bottom of the pump and was preventing the impeller from rotating. I guess it doesn't take much to stall a coolant pump.
Once I got the pump going I realized my turret wasn't indexing properly.
I took the solenoid switch apart 3 or 4 time trying to get it to work. Turns out I kept putting it back together wrong.
Finally got the turret to index properly last night. Now I have to figure out why my draw bar isn't moving.
Cross my fingers I'll be making chips this weekend.

When I step on the chuck pedal the monitor indicates a dwell period followed by a "chuck open" type of message.
When I do that again the "chuck open" message goes away.
I just don't see anything physically happening at the draw bar.
I have no chuck mounted a the moment. I will mount the collet chuck tonight and see if that changes things.

Chuck pressure set super low? Do you have normal check pressure?

I have good pressure.
Went digging in the back and found a lose connection.
Made a few simple parts this weekend.
I think it's time to put the covers back on and get the bar feeder into play.
