It goes back a while though....when Kyiv and the US had already murdered 13,000 Eastern Ukrainians, because they were from the pro-Russian minority.
The war began in 2015, not in 2022. The one that overthrew a legitimate government with a "colour revolution", was not Russia....

I'd argue it REALLY began in 1999 when the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland were admitted into NATO but nobody wants to talk about that. Or when in 2004 Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia were admitted to NATO. Or 2009 when Albania and Croatia were  admitted to NATO. I could go on....

Since all politicians are soulless scum everyone has some culpability. But why, then, did Putin blame the invasion on Ukrainian Nazi's instead of the U.S.? That would have been more believable. It could be argued that the prospect of Russian aggression was the reason for NATOs expansion, not the other way around. We could be defending more than just Ukraine.
