It being a MW path and the licensing makes sense. That's all you had to say! lol.

I still don't like it though.  :realmad:

Have you used it at all? How does it work?
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

No. Just the multiaxis version. I'm still using 2023 as my daily because the stuff I've been wanting to get fixed are being ignored, year after year.
I might open up 2025 and try it one of these days.

I know guys that are still using V9 because they're waiting for the interface to change back...

Yeah that's a little extreme lol. But honestly 2024 and 2025 really offer nothing special to me. And I feel it's just more...fluff than substance.

I see that they finally Un-checked "Automatically determine Z depth" by default for Create Line.

Bill Clinton has a better chance of doing time for his misdeeds than the Mastercam interface going back.

It looks like they're making a change to the way solid selection works.... for some reason. :realmad:
As of now we don't know what is being changed or why.

yup.. and the guy answering my thread on the TP forum doesn't know either.
As far as I'm concerned, it's freakin' broken.
It a major regression in capablilties.

I don't know about 2025, but i reported that in 2024, modify solid face color is broken. When you click it, and it highlights yellow, the highlight doesn't stay when you move the mouse and are still on the solid face. This causes confusion as to if you actually clicked the face or not. As soon as you cursor off it, the highlight comes back. Real pain in the ass.... This is unique to 2024, as previous versions are not like that. I group a lot of tool paths together by quick mask colors, so this is a big deal for me.
