Beans aren't Vegan...They cause Gas.

You are gonna need a 5 gallon Bucket to contain your Emissions.

Damn The Slaw is even worse. RIIIIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!! ::)

I'm surprised not one Cali Delegate has suggested putting a hose in ones ass to contain the emissions for future use.

Think about it. Beans= Gas= Fuel.

The Matrix????

Then again I suspect many Cali Delegates for putting something in their Ass.

Especially Adam Schiff. :D

They can't.

With their heads in their ass already, there just isn't room for a hose too.

In Genesis 3:21 God made coats of skins for Adam and Eve. This is probably the first record of death and the covering of sin by sheading blood. A foreshadow of Christ sheading blood to cover ours sins.

Quote from: YoDoug on March 14, 2024, 11:17 AMI have not seen it yet, but from what I have read they believe there is a biblical justification for veganism and that the church has strayed from and covered up this teaching.

I'm not religious in the slightest, but it seems like there can be "biblical justification" for just about anything.

I do believe have a deep faith and belief in the Bible. And I have to say that I agree, but only if you are highlighting certain texts and giving them priority over other texts. Which I believe can be done with scientific data as well.

As with just about everything, "context" SHOULD rule the day... but that's not where we're at, and that's not where we're going to be ever again.

The fucktards behind this film and their philosophy, that non-human animals are entitled to the same rights as humans, is a greater threat to mankind than all the terrorist groups in the middle east combined.

PETA's founder said long ago, "a rat is a pig is a dog is a boy". Yet PETA as an organization has killed more dogs than fuckin rabies. So if killing those dogs was morally acceptable, so is killing a child.

If you look hard enough you can find justification for anything, especially if you aren't picky about your sources. I worked with a guy that would say all kinds of off the wall stuff. When I asked him his sources he's say "I read it in the paper". Turns out the "paper" he was reading was the National Enquirer.

This is why I question why people listen to RFK Jr.  He makes a bunch of claims and then when questioned on it, admits that he doesn't understand what he's talking about.. Yet points to studies that he doesn't understand.

And there are those that will use it solely for that purpose.

I was raised to believe that the Bible was a gift and each person can interpret for themselves.

Not so much a justification. But a Guide to be a better person.

We are ALL Sinners. :)

Quote from: beej on March 14, 2024, 12:33 PMI can't wait to see the "pretzel of an explanation" about Acts chapter 10, where Peter has a vision in which God tells him to kill and eat an animal that Peter thinks is unclean.

Same verse I thought of.

You really gotta do some mental gymnastics to get around that, and the OT sacrificial system as mentioned here as well.  (Ref. the whole book of Leviticus.)

The only mention of abstaining from meat in the NT is the principle of sacrifices offered to pagan idols.
(Ref. Acts 15, 1st Corinthians 8, Titus 1, etc...)

There Paul and Luke tell us that (back then) one should only abstain from meat offered to idols if it violated their conscience, otherwise it is just meat that can be eaten without hesitation.

No coverup there, just read those texts.

Went to see the movie last night. I haven't had time to research their claims, but very interesting. It is definitely a teaching that most will not be willing to accept, let alone even entertain the idea. Much easier to keep listening to the feel good prosperity message.

LOL...nope.

Much better to read the Scriptures and let them speak for themselves.
