Anybody else a Wishbone Ash fan? I've been reliving the 70s here lately.

My playlist so far consists of:

Spirits in the Night - Manfred Mann version
Die Young - Black Sabbath
Doctor Doctor - UFO
Warrior - Wishbone Ash
Bad Penny - Rory Gallagher
Go To Hell - Alice Cooper
Bouree - Jethro Tull

Any suggestions? I prefer deep cuts rather than what you hear on every classic rock station.

No, I only like bands that don't suck.  ;D

I've never heard of them to be honest.

For a deep cut, Bob Seger "Let it Rock" from the Live Bullet record is phenomenal.

We recently got a SiriusXM free subscription when we bought our new car.
I locked on to the 70's at 7 station and have hardly changed it since.

One great 70's song after another! 8)  :guitar:

Just about every shop I worked in over the last 30 years had either classic rock or Rush Limbaugh on the radio. I've heard enough of both for a lifetime.

They are one of the things I think of when I think about the 70s. Triggers a lot of memories.

The bass player for Ten Years After, Leo Lyons, produced the early albums for UFO which, I believe, were their best.

What's your go-to, these days? I have a hard time listening to just about any genre right now.

There is also:
Classic Vinyl
Classic Rewind
and I think a Deep Cuts station as well. Might want to check those out.

It really depends on the mood. I listen to a mix of alternative indie, blue grass/folk, hip hop, old school rap, heavy metal, etc. When I turn my playlists on shuffle it is quite the mix. This morning I have been out in the shop all morning and my chosen playlist was generated from a couple Glass animals/Alt-J/etc. songs. I also have a good playlist that was started from a Tool song list that will probably get listened to at some point today.

I do like some of the bluegrass\folk that's coming out. Ever listen to the Steel Wheels? "Scrape me off the ceiling" is a good one that they do.
