Cimco DNC Max/Ethernet to DMG Cielos Control - Anyone using this combination?

Is anyone here using this combination?

I have a file transfer issue I am trying to resolve, and Cimco aren't being that helpful

The issue is when sending the file back to Cimco, Cimco isn't receiving it, but leaving it in the "holding folder" because it isn't being renamed properly. I suspect it is a name trigger issue, but I would like to check the settings if possible.
