From what I understand, nobody knows what it means at this point. Everything would have to be decided by a lower court (what is determined to be an official act).  As expected, Trump's attorneys are already arguing that the "fake electors" scheme was an official act.   give me a mother fuckin break. 

I'm sure everyone has a different point of view but that is about as far of a stretch as I've seen in what's becoming (who am i kidding, already become) a laughing stock of a country.
