After this ruling, any current or future democrat could have their own "official" acts. The playing field is still equal for both parties.

I'm afraid we're going to be in for a rough ride after the dust settles on this one. I'm not sure what to think on that ruling. Could be great. Could mean death and destruction for the REPUBLIC or could be something in between.

This one is going to require Constitutional Scholars... not just people that can read Webster's 1st Edition dictionaries and other such fringe documents like the US Constitution and Federalist Papers...
