What'cha Makin??

We went from 45 degrees yesterday to 11 degrees this A.M. and our first inch of Snow this Year.

"Superbowl Chili"

Sooo I have options.

"Chili."

Chili Fries."

"Chili Cheese Fries."

And of Course "Chili cheese Fries and Bacon"

And a Tribute to YoDoug

"Chili Cheese fries with Bacon and Onion"


Sour Cream and Ranch Dip on the Side.

It's going to be 15 for a high in KC today so I'm not grilling steaks as I was originally hoping.

Instead it's gonna be wings, meatballs, curried riblets, and a  variety of dips and other sides.

Dayyum, those look good. Never heard of those before. I just googled the recipe, I'll give them a try next time I smoke.

I do mine a bit different
Most ppl use cream cheese
I do cheddar and hash browns, then some of my home made BBQ sauce
