Google practically shuts down a customers company for vague "TOS violation".

Likely an automatic bot ban that no human touches. I've heard of this happening way too often on all platforms not just Google.

Heck I've heard of 10+ year accounts in 5 star standing with VRBO wiped out simply because they searched a certain word/phrase. Robots will always have flaws and companies that rely on them for these types of things with zero human input will eventually(hopefully) run themselves out of business.

BTW the majority of these "Lifetime bans" can easily be reversed if you figure out who to contact. Executives are typically your best bet, that is if you can get ahold of them.
