Qualified Immunity only works when "policy" is followed. 

Based on the the report that he was terminated AND indicted, AND no bail was set, I cannot imagine this was even in the same galaxy as a policy shoot. Usually if there are any questions at all, regarding the shoot they get put on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. This guy was do not pass go, go directly to jail.

It will be interesting to see what the defense comes up with. There's almost something we don't see or hear even in body cam footage. I still want to wait and see to pass judgement, but man... this sure looks like what the actual fuck dude?
