In his second trial He paid about $100 after conviction.

I told the Judge He was drunk at my court Dates and The Judge told me "That is Slander"!!

LOL!!!

2 Felony's and I bet he walks.

They take care of their own.  ;)

Wow.
Any normal citizen (at least in Michigan) and there is mandatory jail (1 to 5 years) time for 3rd offense, license revoked, MASSIVE fines, AA, victims impact panels, vehicle immobilization for 1 to 3 years,etc...
And that's when you hire a lawyer.

Isn't that starting to approach the alcohol poisoning range?
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Lets just say it's not healthy.

The people who oversaw my son's frat in college thought that providing them with a portable breathalyzer would be a good idea.

Being a frat house, they turned it into a drinking game where the high score wins.

On any given weekend, somebody would hit mid .3s. I don't even want to know what the record was.

He may have had more usually the first one can be expunged.

The first conviction He took out a utility pole and assaulted a Cop.

The second He was driving the wrong way down a one way street.

Stopped for the stoplight and was waiting for it to turn Green.

There was no stoplight in his direction LOL!!

He was at a gathering for the Local Bar association. (Legal Bar not Local Bar) ;D
