Your gut microbes actually extract the nutrients from the center of the corn and the empty corn kernels are often filled with poop during the motility process of moving through your gut. that is why they look like whole kernels that are undigested.

Look at the chart, we have far more similarities in physiology to a herbivore than to a carnivore.

I have not said plant only is the only healthy way. I said plant only is healthier. Big difference.

just curious, why do you think 'TED Talks' banned Mikala Peterson's carnivore talk? It's the only diet that allowed her to be healthy.
 it's something cultural here in US.
Remote carnivore tribes that don't cancer or diabetes. ... but plants are the only way. It just sounds nuts, to me, in my opinion.

When researching my Sisters glioblastoma, the UK's longest survivor had the Op but refused chemo and went keto.

Normal survival = 12 months max. 4% survive beyond. Glioblastoma treatment hasn't changed for 10+ years (i did read 20?).
This guy diagnosed in 2014 story below.
What is interesting if you read his actual story (not the short bit below), around late 2016 he lapsed from the keto and started eating "normally". Next scan, the C had grown again. He immediately reverted to Keto and next scan the C had shrunk again.
Don't let anyone tell you sugar and processed food is good for you....even though the doctors told my Sis "keep eating carbs and sugars - you'll need your strength for chemo". Grrrr....
Anyway, 10 years is absolutely unheard of and I hoped he'd worked out the answer and was going to live for ever.
